Eight And Done: Weekend Bits And Favorites!

Oh, hey, guys, it's me again, Tangie, and I am back with another weekend bits and favorites. Don't you love it when you can find something to do on the weekends, even if it involves

food recipes, family drama, or just a day of doing absolutely nothing at all? I know I do; that is why I am jumping on here to share my eight and done weekend bits and favorites. Being the country gal I am, I think it's only by right if I start with my aunt Lucy's gram cracker butter cookies.

Aunt Lucy's Recipe: This has got to be the ugliest dessert I've ever baked in my life. But it's the taste that counts, right?

Chocolate Gramcracker Treat

Ok, this baked good is not for the faint of heart or somebody who doesn't have any teeth. Unless you are ok with soaking these little treats in a glass of milk. Ha! I am just honest.

This recipe calls for
one box of gram crackers
three sticks of real butter, and I mean real butter.
Cholocate Chips
Brown Sugar
Coconut
Pecans

Step 1: Spread one layer of crackers on a nonstick pan or use baking sheets.
Step 2: Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan, bring to a boil for at least three minutes.
Step 3: Pour on top of grams and place them in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 4: Pour Cholocate Chips on top and spread.
Step 5: Layer Pecans
Step 6: Layer with coconut
Step 6: Place in the fridge until you ca break into cookie pieces.

Once cool, break, and enjoy. You will taste every inch of the butter and chocolate with every bite.
Now you can see why this bake and break cookie dessert had to make it on my weekend bits and favorites.

Next on my eight is done is a new groove on my hubby Rico bought for our late-night music plays. It is a rugged speaker, and I use it to play sounds and jazz music while I sleep. This one was only 15 dollars at Wally World.

This little thing packs a punch with a smooth sound. I also find it relaxing when I need to relax and unwind. I think this may be my favorite bit from this weekend.

When it comes to my pink hair, I pull out all the stops. Meaning I use only top-grade things that promote health and shine. A few weeks ago, I shared my favorite serum with you guys, and this week I am revealing my favorite oil. Hands down, it has to be the Olaplex bonding oil, and I am in love with this little bottle. Olaplex oil, it keeps my hair bouncy with a light shine and in place. I mainly love it's bonding protection because it prevents my hair from changing colors when in the sun.

My next favorite bit has to be the Cardi B rap chips. I wish they came in a large bag because they are devilishly delicious.

I know tacos are best eaten on Taco Tuesday. But this weekend is the best time to have stuffed cheesy tacos with watermelon and peach crush.

The next thing on my fav list is my new beauty spin brush. Most people I know do not like using a bristle spin brush, but I love it as a way to deep cleanse my face weekly.

Last but not least, I have to rave about using charcoal bubble masks. For some reason, I love Korean masks as well. My skin always feels extra soft and hydrated after using one. I am no skin guru, but I do like trying useful skincare items. If I do not like something, I will tell you guys the truth. Because I believe a woman should look good but, most importantly, feel good about herself. We'll at least want to try some good products out because, at my age, I deserve it. Ha! And I mean all of that.

There you have it a full weekend of my Bits and Favorites. I know some may be a hit or miss, but it's something new for you to read and try.

Would you try any of these bits and favorites?

Until Next Time See Ya In A Bit! Keep living life beyond existing
