I don’t know what’s going on in this Texas weather, but I swear I felt a little breeze this morning. Just a tiny hint of fall, like the air is trying to tell me it’s time for sweaters. Does that mean it's timeeeee for sweater weather? #lol
If that’s the case, then I’m already in the mood. Yes, I’m ready for leaves falling, clearing my head, and walking into this fall of 2025 with a little more happiness and joy.
And speaking of happiness and joy: let me say this real quick, stop letting folks ruin your mood. This is just my POV, take it with a grain of salt. But, quit telling people your plans, just pop out when you’re ready, like a Jack in the Box. You know, that little toy you wind up and sit there waiting for the clown to spring out and scare you half out of your wig.
Yep, be like that. :) Don’t worry about people calling you, likes, lurkers, or folks copying what you do. They can try, but what God has for you is already yours. Period. So, just keep going.
Now, go do something that makes you happy because if you’re reading this post, it’s not too late. Make a plan, work your plan, and live a little. Oh (Hell Naw Live a lot! #lol
And just know I am rooting for you. But let me be honest, I’m 54 now, and at this moment, I am going to live my life with or without you. Meaning, I am not apologizing for laughing, twirling, eating good, and doing fun things. And neither should you. #ijs
So, back to me. It’s September, and this is Virgo season, and darling, we stay doing the most. Yesterday I went outside, took a few pictures, then went into the thrift store for a little retail therapy. I did nothing major, but it made me happy. Plus, I got some good old vitamin D because I swear I sit at this computer so much in my dark little space that I can barely see straight. So going outside felt good.
Now, today I’ve been thinking about going to Michael’s to look at some fall decorations, but since we’re moving this year, I’m not wasting much money on a big ol’ pumpkin that’ll just end up being tossed in the trash. But, I am on the hunt for some good ole fall-smelling pumpkin candles and room sprays. Let me know where yall finding good house smells, because I don't like Bath & Body Works at the moment. Now, don’t hold me to that because that might change in the next post.
Anyways, I just wanted to hop on here and say this breeze in Texas has given me hope. Because, honey, it’s been hot as cooter brown down here in Texas.
Lastly, Life is what you make of it, and right now, that is why I am standing on the edge of rewriting a new chapter for myself. And I hope you do the same. So, here’s to living beyond existing.
Also, I'll Show My Finds Soon:)
